PhD projects

Please do get in touch if you would like to undertake a PhD in our group. The School awards a number of research council-funded studentships available for both UK/EU and international students. These studentships cover the costs of fees and living expenses and are awarded competitively. Applications generally open between Oct - Dec. Advertised PhD positions can be found here.

Postdoctoral fellowships

The School offers assistance with obtaining fellowship funding or guidance for potential self-funded candidates. Information on funding sources and how to make an application can be found here. I am happy to discuss sponsorship for fellowship/scholarship applications to join the lab.

Visiting researchers

We welcome applications from colleagues at any stage of their career (undergraduate placements, visiting Masters, PhD and postdoctoral researchers). Depending on space availability, we can provide short-term projects for undergraduates or school students who are interested in gaining research experience during the summer vacation.
